Dr. Julie Kim was born in Tennessee but grew up in Boston, Busan, South Korea, and Storrs, CT. She attended University of Rochester, New York where she majored in Cell and developmental biology and minors in Music, and Psychology. Dr. Kim received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine, NY. Then Dr. Kim received additional dental training in general practice residency at Staten Island University hospital, NY. Dr. Kim is passionate about providing dental care to those in need. Her goal is to provide quality dental care to all patients and makes sure her patients feel comfortable and understands their dental treatment plans.
Dr. Kim also loves arts and music. She plays piano, organ and flute. In her spare time, she likes to watch movies, travel documentaries, visit museum and write songs.
